The posting or sharing of nudity, sexually explicit content, hate speech, violent material, or any content that violates applicable laws is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate account suspension or termination.

By creating an account, uploading content, or otherwise accessing AirVis, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These form a legally binding agreement between you and Rockland Technologies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use AirVis. By accessing the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree not to share, transfer, or sell your account to others.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Any unauthorized access or security breach must be reported to AirVis immediately.

4. Content Ownership, Licenses, and File Downloads

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to AirVis, including 3D models, images, videos, and text.

By uploading content, you grant AirVis and its users a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your content within the platform and to download and use your content for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless expressly prohibited in your content description.

Other Users' Content

When downloading or using content shared by others, you agree to use the content only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless explicitly authorized by the content owner, not distribute, sell, or publicly display the downloaded content without the owner's permission, and respect copyright and intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

AirVis is not responsible for how other users handle downloaded content. Users who violate these terms may face account suspension or termination.

5. Prohibited Content and Activities

You agree not to post, share, or engage in content or activities that include hate speech, violence, illegal activities, nudity, sexually explicit material, or graphic violence.

You agree not to violate the intellectual property rights of others.

You agree not to misuse content downloaded from AirVis, including distributing or using it for commercial purposes without the explicit permission of the content owner.

You agree not to harass, bully, or intimidate other users.

You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to other users' accounts, systems, or data.

You agree not to upload malicious code, such as viruses or spyware.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

AirVis may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

Termination may occur without prior notice in cases of severe misconduct, including posting prohibited content.

7. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Information collected includes personal details provided at account creation and usage data generated within the app.

By using AirVis, you grant us the right to process, store, and use this data for purposes such as enhancing user experience, moderating content, and conducting marketing and analytics.

8. Third-Party Links

AirVis may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or actions of any third-party services. Access them at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

You warrant that all content you upload to AirVis is your original creation or that you have the necessary rights to share it.

You agree to indemnify and hold AirVis harmless for any claims of copyright or trademark infringement resulting from your content.

10. Limitation of Liability

AirVis is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or the accuracy of content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirVis and Rockland Technologies are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to these Terms or your use of AirVis will be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of United States of America.

You waive any right to a jury trial or participation in class-action litigation.

12. Changes to Terms

AirVis reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notifications or email. Continued use of the app after changes are published signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United States of America, excluding conflicts of law provisions.
